Invitrogen Gateway® Entry Clone Resource

For each organism listed below, the PFGRC is able to provide either a complete Gateway® Entry Clone Set (where noted) or has the ability to rapidly provide up to 384 (complete clone sets) or 96 (custom clone sets) in the Gateway® Entry Clone format.

Clicking on 'View' or 'Download' will result in providing a tab-delimited text file containing information on each annotated locus, including locus name, genome coordinates, common name, and EC number.

Alternatively you may select your genes of interest by filtering them through a variety of criteria such as EC number, GO ID or common name.

If you choose to order the complete clone set, you will be required to complete a form describing the project and the need for the complete clone set.
