The PFGRC announces the availability of microarray and proteomics data management and analysis software through SourceForge

In cooperation with the Pathogen Portal and SourceForge, the PFGRC has made program source files, executables, and documentation for the following bioinformatics data management and analysis tools available for download through the SourceForge website: Katsura (v1.0), APEX (v1.1.0), Ginkgo (v1.0.1), Magnolia (v1.1), and Cycas (v1.0.1). These resources can be located through the SourceForge search feature using search terms such as PFGRC, JCVI, microarray, proteomics, RT-PCR, or the software package name.
