PFGRC announces the completion of the Influenza A Invitrogen Gateway® Entry Clone Resource
The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) sponsored Pathogen Functional Genomics Resource Center (PFGRC) and Microbial Sequencing Center (MSC) at JCVI are pleased to announce the completion of the Influenza A Invitrogen Gateway® Entry Clone Resource. The resource consists of 97 clones from twenty-nine strains representing a 45% (97/216) success rate. The validated segments were constructed in the pDONR221 Invitrogen Gateway® Entry Clone Vector. The PFGRC is making the Influenza A Gateway® Entry Clone Resource available to the research community free of charge as individual clones. Please follow the link to the PFGRC Invitrogen Gateway® Entry Clone Resource for detailed ordering instructions and to view the list of available strains and subtypes as individual clones.
