Magnolia, a microarray data management and export system v1.0 Release
The NIAID sponsored Pathogen Functional Genomics Resource Center (PFGRC) at the J. Craig Venter Institute is pleased to announce the release of the Magnolia, a microarray data management and export system for PFGRC microarray users. The system is designed for researchers to collect and store the MIAME compliant microarray data with a series of intelligent forms. The entered data can be exported into files in SOFT format that are acceptable by GEO at NCBI, so that the microarray experiment data can be submitted to the GEO directly. Magnolia can relief researchers' burden of compiling data for submission to public repositories and facilitate the researchers to manipulate their microarray data.
